The initial assessment or gap analysis of the organization is valuable for a client who is new to ISO or a client adding additional standards.
The assessment service is a multi-step engagement that focusing on education and data analysis. Our assessment involves the following:
- Pre-assessment call to determine known requirements and business background
- Preparation of learning module based on your standard(s) and current focus (if known)
- Preparation of assessment workbook.
- Preparation of assessment agenda aligned to client’s schedule
- On-site assessment event (includes training and requirements evaluation)
- Post assessment evaluation of findings
- Post assessment preparation of executive summary
- Post assessment call with client to review summary and close out event.
Once the assessment summary is delivered the client can focus on the program implementation.
