Tania has over 20 years of professional experience. She is a successful operations leader with experience overseeing company-wide operational functions and overseeing large scale projects, and has provided consulting and technical support to federal agencies and the private sector. Tania manages our CMMC program as our Subject Matter Expert (SME) along with being a CYBER AB Registered Practitioner (RP). Tania’s specific areas of focus include ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001; business process management; program management; risk management; performance metrics; and organizational policies. Tania provides leadership to the Radian team for consulting and internal audit.
